Audrey is passionate about helping women create less stress and more joy in their lives. At one point, Audrey realized that she was working so hard to be the mom she thought she was supposed to be that she was missing out on being the mom that she wanted to be.
Her current program, Pushing Perfect: How to Make Friends With Being Imperfect and Embrace Being Joyful Instead, is designed to help women learn to love the skin they are in and embrace life in all of its beautiful imperfections.
This presentation is based on Thessalonians 5:16-18, where we find God’s will for us. He wants us to be grateful, prayerful, and joyful.
It’s God’s will that we are full of joy! Yet, many of us are struggling so hard to keep up that we don’t look up. Audrey currently spends most of her time behind a computer where she writes and collaborates with some of the biggest business and spiritual leaders in the publishing and faith-based industries.
When she’s not on stage or filling a page, she’s focusing on her highest earthly priority – her husband, Chris and their three young children.

You are not in the business of being perfect. Neither am I. God didn’t design us to be perfect, so maybe it’s time we stop expecting it of ourselves and of each other. What does God really want? He wants us to experience love. Joy. Peace. Gratitude. Above all, he wants us to have healthy, happy relationships with Him and with each other. The best thing you can do is to push perfect…right out the door and embrace the perfectly imperfect you that God created you to be.
